| RETURN POLICY: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Born in Mommy's Heart. If we have shipped you the wrong item or an item is defective please contact us and we will arrange to exchange the item for you at no additional cost to you. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you change your mind about a product or have ordered the wrong size you may exchange this item or receive a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. However, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from Born in Mommys Heart. If you are unsure of the shipping charges please email us to verify the amount.
Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages we recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a trackable method. Please include your name address and telephone number and the reason you are returning the item. If you paid by credit card a refund will be issued to your account. If you paid by check we will issue a refund check to you.

Born in Mommy's Heart does not have access to any other site information and neither do other sites have access to ours. Secure purchase information submitted is solely for operational needs to complete orders and for basic mandatory accounting functions. We do not contact customers or viewers unless requested by those individuals inquiring about our products or services.
